Believe it or not, active listening takes years of training and experience.
Safely and effectively decluttering the mind requires the presence of a professional, skilled listener.
The psychological space created through counselling is a priceless foundation for inner peace.
Becoming a professional in active listening requires years of rigorous training and self-examination, especially in uncovering the therapist’s own unconscious assumptions.
This ongoing process is essential for being able to tune in deeply to each client’s unique, subjective experience.
The profound depth of truly “being listened to” is not accidental—it is the result of years of dedication, discipline, and investment on the part of the therapist.
