To confirm your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. 

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without forfeiting your payment.
Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the payment being forfeited.

For face-to-face counselling sessions, the 1pm and 5pm slots are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
